IN BLESSED MEMORY OF STEPAN MYKOLAYOVYCH TSYMBAL

Abstract: On February 23, 2018, Stepan M. Tsymbal - Ukrainian scientist-geologist, candidate of geological and mineralogical sciences suddenly passed away into eternity at the age of 83. Almost 60 years of his life he has given scientific and scientific-organizational activities at the geological institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. S.M. Tsymbal had a wide range of scientific outlook and deep knowledge in paleogeography, lithology, mineralogy, geochemistry and petrology. His scientific works are widely known in Ukraine and beyond its borders.
