The ISSN 0204-3548 was used for the title "Mineralogičeskij žurnal" from 1979 to 2003.
The aim of the scientific professional edition Mineralogical Journal (Ukraine) is to promote the dissemination and exchange of scientific knowledge, research results, theories or views between specialists from geological field.
Scope: mineralogy, petrology, geochronology, geochemistry and environmental search, issues of ore formation anf mineralogical and geochemical methods of prospecting and evaluation of mineral deposits, history of science.
The journal publishes original articles, book reviews, biographical and chronicle materials.
Scientific publications are assigned Digital Object Identifier (DOI): 10.15407/mineraljournal
Mineralogical Journal (Ukraine) is included in the Register of Scientific Professional Journals of Ukraine in the field of Geological Sciences (specialty Earth Sciences) on the basis of decision of the Certification Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of March 17, 2020 (order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of March 17, 2020 No. 409).
The journal is registered by the State Registration Service of Ukraine.

Submission of articles to the editorial office of the journal, as well as their subsequent publication, is free of charge.
